Returns & Exchanges


Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of shipment delivery at customerservice@oliviafashionstore.com.

Returns Procedure:

Please note our policy, which is also found on our website. Refunds are allowed up to 14 business days from delivery date. Items received after 14 business days, or not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our policy may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Returns will be processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. If you need a different size or item, please ship the merchandise back for a refund and you may place a new order at any time. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Necessary Clothing does not supply return labels. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with the original invoice. Do not use shoeboxes as packaging for a return; this will result in a 20% restocking fee. Necessaryclothing.com will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES (All items under the accessories tab), BODYSUITS, BRAS, SWIMSUITS, AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS.

If you purchased items online and you would like to exchange it, you can do so at any of our 3 locations in New York City or as STORE CREDIT (good for up to 1 year) within 14 days from the delivery date. We
cannot accommodate for any in-store purchases with web credit, returns, or exchanges.

Please note that if an item is no longer available in stock, a refund will be issued the following business day of shipment.

Please be sure to include your order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or mis-delivered;  Necessaryclothing.com cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.

Please note our Holiday return policy:

During the holidays of Christmas and Hannukah, we offer an extended return policy. All orders placed during November 26th-December 26th will receive an extended return time frame until January 31st. Happy Holidays!

Please note that other rules will still apply (i.e. final sale items, signs of wear, not in its original condition etc.) Items received after January 31st will not be accepted.

 

FOR RETURNS: CIRCLE THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED ON THE INVOICE, INCLUDE REASON; IE: FIT, NOT AS APPEARED ON WEB, COLOR, ETC. AND INCLUDE THIS INVOICE IN THE SHIPMENT.
